How we work

With over 25 years' experience of working with personal computer systems, you can be sure of personal attention and a professional approach.

We visit you at your home or place of business to make an initial assessment of the problem, and aim to complete the work on site there and then. However, if it looks like being a long job, then it will usually be significantly more cost-effective to take the PC away, carry out the work at our premises, and return it to you - at no additional cost.

As part of every job, we give your PC a health check, and advise you of any measures we think you should take to improve performance and/or security. And you don't have to worry about losing your valuable data - unless your hard disk is physically damaged, we'll be able to preserve all your important files while we work on your PC.

At all times we will seek to implement the solution that provides you with the best value for money - and if the best solution turns out to be buying a new PC, we will offer advice and assistance with purchase, without any obligation to buy through us.
